      Pros

      Good expierence for EMT looking to go further into the world of ems or the fire service. Good busy areas of operation. Sense of family among other EMTs and Paramedics.

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad HR. They treat you like a number and not like a person. They mass hire bad emt to fill number goals. Training is little and should be longer especially since fresh emt from schools are starting there first job here. Interview process is a joke.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
