      Pay is great and benefits.

      Cons

      Secretive in your department, no heads up on when they are letting you go, very un fair company, not willing to train. Co workers are very scared to loose there position as well so nobody is friendly.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
