      Pros

      Great team spirit and loyalty, pay is fair, good possibilities to work from home or flexible locations, much pride in working for a Danish historic institution.

      Cons

      The atmosphere can be somewhat old-fashioned and conservative, if you work in administration it is advisable to work from the physical headquarter most days.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
