Being newly employed with Falcon, I bring a good amount of outside experiences with other financial institutions. Falcon is an organization, from the top down, that is commitment to its employees and customers. It’s refreshing to be part of a bank that wants to grow, but at the the right pace, and they have a clearly communicated vision. It’s exciting to come to my office EVERYDAY!
