      Pros

      Flexible schedule. That is all I can think of that is positive

      Cons

      Lack of communication from dispatchers, no compensation for mileage, customers rarely tip. Very inconsistent schedule. Basically lost money doing this job. Tons of driving with so much wear and tear on your car. Never compensated for wait time, late orders.

      Love it exactly what I needed to supplement my retirement income. They have wonderful dispatchers, which are there to help you by phone if you have any problems
