      Pros

      So far so good. I started part time the first month but soon after I gave notice. I love the freedom with FFL. I work hard but I work for ME! Working on building a team and I will make VP! Love this challenge.

      Cons

      FFL has a great culture, freedom, training. What is not to like?

      - Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
