- no contract or initiation costs - free prelicensing courses - high compensations starting is 90%! - building opportunities, highest comp is 145% plus VP BONUS available and integrity partnerships - recorded trainings and simple system - integrity - leadership is humble, no need to worship Shawn or integrity partners (they hate it) they’re honest straight forward men and women. - true freedom and independence - run your own business LIKE a business - multiple carrier options to work with I can go on and on! In my four years with the industry family first life has given me back my freedom and has given me a platform to give the same opportunity to my agents. This is where builders can build an agency ONCE and provide for not only their family but their communities! WE SELL INSURANCE! Best decision I’ve made to move to FFL, incredibly grateful for the opportunity!

- you’ll make a lot of money, so if you can’t handle that this isn’t for you - you’re independent. So if you lack discipline and consistency this isn’t for you.
