Pros

The culture, people that actually care about helping families, no contracts, high commissions, free training, support & conventions, NO need to recruit friends/family to make more money, endless leads, it is your own business!

Cons

None!!! FFL really does have it all figured out! Some people might complain about buying leads but honestly, having leads is a blessing. You don’t have to bug your warm market, you just contact people that are already interested in getting insurance. And you don’t HAVE to buy leads of you don’t want to, it’s your business. You sell however you want to!

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
