Our agents are not obligated to purchase any amount of leads if they don't want to. We simply provide them with lead vendors to help alleviate the need to go out and cold call or knock on doors. That being said, it is not mandatory and it's completely up to the agent as to whether or not they'd even like to work with our lead vendors as well as how many leads they choose to purchase week to week. In regards to how many days per week an agent needs to work, that is also something that is completely dependent on that agent's goals. We have plenty of agents who work on a part time basis (less than 15 hours per week) who are still able to make a six figure income on a part time basis.
