Pros

- leads - free training -no contracts -day 1 vested to your renewal commissions -build a team - help other people win! -the commission rates?! (have you seen other companies?!) This company sets the new standard for what a life insurance agents life should be like. The opportunity here is huge and limitless to whatever goal you want to set.

Cons

If you are not willing to put in work, this career is not for you. The overall aspects of this company are very simple. You buy leads, you call the leads, you go protect families and sell life insurance. New agents often come in and make it more complicated then that. If you commit yourself to growing and learning two areas of business - calling the leads and protecting the families - you will find success here. If you are new, give yourself a chance to get through through that learning curve! If you are selling life insurance for any other company in America, get with it!! Do you have a calculator??
