I decided that I needed a change after my divorce five years ago. I had kids to support, and I wanted to be able to move on with my life and provide for my family. I joined FFL, and it did not go well at first. I was terrible. Then I started listening, and I studied the trade. Eventually, I got better and better. The support I received at FFL was over and beyond what I got at other jobs.
