Pros

Take everything that we don’t like about all the other insurance companies and FFL literally does the exact opposite! + Crazy High Comp up to 145% - They Don’t start agents at 30% - 80% comp + Vested day 1 - You don’t have to wait 5 to 10 years! + Free Training from Top Producer’s and Leader’s - You don’t have to pay for training or events or CRM etc… + 15+ Leads vendors and Exclusive Leads - You don’t have to get all your leads 1 lead vendor or use reused or aged leads + Average Annual Income $115k - Average Annual Industry Income $48k + No contracts or marketing agreements you have to sign + 100% Independent Non-Captive Agent!!!

Cons

Buying leads was a new concept for me, but once I realized it was an investment and what the ROI was, I was good.

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
