Pros

1.- Free constant Training via social media and others. 2- Get paid according to your own activity very handsomely, no cap. 3- Amazing group of Leaders that care about you and your growth, 4- Leaders that make leaders, not followers. 5- Offices throughout the US 6- Family atmosphere. 7- Non-Captive, or contracts. 8- You keep your own renewals. 9- Bonus on you activity. 10 - You start out at 100% split, you keep all your commissions

Cons

1- You pay for your own leads, but it is an investment on your self and business. 2- Long hours and hard work, that rewards.

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
