      This company really cares about its clients and agents. FFL delivers everything any Insurance agent wants from training, environment, culture and compensation.

      Cons

      I can honestly say if you are not a person who is willing to work hard wether its part time or full time you won't succeed here. You need to take this opportunity serious and with great work ethic.
