I came to FFL from another IMO. I was a top producer there making 60% comp. When I learned about FFL high comp I thought it was a scam. I couldn’t understand how 100%+ comp was possible. After doing weeks of research, talking to a lot of people including agency owners at FFL and other IMOs. I decided to make the change. The moment I started my business took off like a rocket. I had 70k in deposits on my first month. The company I was with promoted their “own” leads only and I had no idea about any outside lead vendors. With FFL they show everything available out there, and because I was able to have access to the best leads in the industry instantly I just doubled my production from one day to another. The leadership is incredible! People help each other no matter what team you are on. The system is setup to help new agents, with or without experience to succeed fast, and it’s the absolutely BEST place to build an agency. I was able to get my agency from 22k IP in January to 335k IP in July. Leaving my old IMO and coming to FFL was the absolutely best decision of my life to date!
