Good and Bad, Be Careful - Agent Family First Life Employee Review

Pros

High Compensation and with the right team some people can do well.

Cons

They claim no contracts, but they won't release you if you ask to leave. The leads are often hit or miss, and a lot of the trainings seem more like motivational speeches than actual training.
