Pros

If you’re looking for a job, you’ll get one because of the constant turn-around. The hours have changed so it’s regular 8hr shifts.

Cons

Terrible place to work at. I have never felt so alone in all my job responsibilities and trying to figure out my own job description. First week on the job, and I had staff members turn their back because I had to figure things out on my own. Even then, when I expressed my concerns to management, they basically told me do what you want as if I knew what I was doing in the first place. The job description given to me compares to absolutely nothing that I have been doing for the past few months. I have seen several staff members leave in the last month, I lost count. If it wasn’t for my current search for a different position, I would’ve already quit.

lazy coworkers, favoritism, teacher's pet, extremely high turnover, if you work full-time Monday - Friday you will be expected to work on the weekend as well if they are short staffed and there is no extra pay incentive for working extra hours on the weekend, no extra pay incentive for being on call, monkey see monkey do, schedule is all over the place because of constantly being short staffed and people calling off, new hires don't always know what to do because the little bit of training that you get is horrible, there is no book telling you what to do in some situations, you deal with all kinds of people meaning that you will come across people with severe mental health issues which you are not trained in dealing with, I have seen staff lie on reports in order to accommodate for grants, they do not properly screen for the programs they offer and as a result people fall under the radar and some people receive help that they should not because technically they do not qualify... to be continued
