Thank you for the positive feedback. We are working hard to boost the pay and benefits for front line staff. We know they are the ones who directly fulfill our mission every day. Our new CEO has changed the name of Administration to "Mission Support" to underscore the importance of our program staff to our mission fulfillment. We will be doing a comprehensive compensation study in 2019 to create a more robust and competitive wage scale for the agency.
