Pros

Amazing knowledgeable team that is committed to providing the best community care. Organization has been around for 67 years and is a big part of Riverside County's history. If, you are passionate about community, care about the positive impact you can make in your community, and are great at what you do; you will easily move up at FSA. It's an amazing organization that does an incredible job of recognizing passion and talent. They value the work they do in the community and the team that represents FSA in the community.

Cons

Need more funding. Sometimes it is hard to keep talented and skilled team members because there is low to no funding to be able to provide a competitive rate. Many of us who stay do so because we care about the mission and find ways to make it work. Even though the monetary reward isn't there the reward of making a difference is.
