Family educator - Senior Family Educator Family Services Employee Review

Poor management, pay is locked in to 35 hours per week, no reimbursement for wear and tear of own vehicle or gas, expected to transport clients in your own vehicle with little limits on how far, low pay, low options for upward mobility, no consistent holiday bonuses, mandatory agency activities when you have client schedules to keep or forced to use PTO, travel for clients can be up to 200 miles or more weekly, low involvement from supervisors in office setting and with little support on office location. Interns are your responsibility along with new staff from multiple sites across three counties.
