Pros
FanDuel genuinely cares about it's employee wellbeing and career goals, and I think are making good progress in putting more structured processes in place to help improve this further. Great perks, really cool offices, flexi holidays and i've already had the opportunity to travel to other offices in the UK and USA. I feel like the leadership team are as transparent as possible and are approachable.
Cons
Nothing major. Lots of complex projects running simultaneously can result in large individual workloads. Very fast paced - one project can be top priority one day, and bottom the next (understandable due to the nature of the industry).
