      Pros

      The office space is way cooler than where I used to work, we've got all the perks you would imagine. Lot's of opportunities to get involved with knowledge sharing and meeting other people. Work being done on career development which is providing more clarity. Good level of communication from company senior leadership team. Company appreciates work/life balance and puts trust in employees to be productive

      Cons

      More clarity from product development leadership would be helpful.

      office is nice, good benefits

      this company is a sinking ship. its values have changed from a good product and happy employees to we will do anything at all to stay relevant. sports betting is a depleting business. FanDuel let go over 500 people in one day and proceeded to have a massive ad event and paid for peoples subway rides with knicks alum and merch and everything...on the same. exact. day. They do not care about you and they will get rid of anyone. I would not recommend anyone work here unless maybe you just graduated and are looking for experience. We just got rid of our CEO and our CPO is leaving as well as several other high level employees because there is no saving this ship. jump off now is my advice.
