Pros

1. Learning & Collaboration : The learning scope here is amazing. You’ll always get support from multiple teams, and people are genuinely encouraging and helpful. 2. Leadership : The new GM is approachable and has a clear vision to take the Hyderabad office to greater heights. 3. Work-Life Balance : It really depends on how you manage your work. No one forces you to stay late for meetings. If you do face such situations, raising a concern gets taken seriously and acted upon. 4. Growth Opportunities : This isn’t a “chillax” place. If you’re smart and hardworking, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. 5. Hike & Bonus : Except for one tough year, hikes and bonuses have been consistent. A few negative reviews seem to come from new joiners who expect things to be handed over easily without understanding the market reality. 6. Perks : Monthly phone and internet reimbursements. 7. Hybrid Work : Expected to be in office 3 days a week, but there’s flexibility. If you’ve worked late due to an urgent issue, you’re free to come late or skip office the next day. 8. Lunch : Free lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesdays come with a ₹500 Zomato coupon. 9. Office Improvements : Current office lacks a few amenities like a gym and proper food court (you need to walk to another block), but these are infra issues, not company specific. Hopefully, the new office will cover these gaps.

Cons

1. IPO communication could be more transparent. The company is taking steady steps, but clearer updates would help. 2. HR works hard but could improve transparency in a few areas. 3. More opportunities for quarterly team lunches or dinners would be great for bonding.

Pros

Part of Fanatics Betting and Gaming -Work/Life Balance: managers really stress keeping good work/life balance. When I told mine that I had to work a couple extra hours to finish something before a sprint they told me to take another couple hours off during the next week or so. Also, half-day Fridays in the summer! -Remote work. -Smart, driven developers. -Good benefits package.

Cons

-A bit of a start-up nature causes some odd, sporadic development blockers. Not a big enough deal, but can be an annoyance.

Pros

Benefits are fine, some coworkers can be great

Cons

There's a major disconnect between the company, and employees and customers and it shows in any talk with leadership. There's a distinct underlying boys club culture that I don't think they will ever be rid of. They are hyper focused on AI usage, to the point that it feels like a resentment towards workers for not figuring out how to replace us with it yet. They are expecting more work for the same pay and are now holding a magnifying glass to the employees with a new project tracking system, layoffs feel inevitable and the work was already unrewarding. Skill stagnation is expected, many coworkers who have worked there for years claim there's few opportunities to be promoted or learn something new. As a designer you will feel more like a pixel pusher, after needing to wrestle with the AI they are pushing onto the customers that don't want it. Leadership is allowed to live wherever they want, everyone else is required to be in office. Unfortunately the job is only worth it if it's remote.
