Pros
Nice people, great PTO and job flexibility, you really can come here knowing nothing and get a lot of good experience.
Cons
Compensation is significantly below market for the workload and level of responsibility, even when managing some of the company’s largest accounts. Hitting six figures is rare (I'd say nonexistent) outside of senior or team lead roles, and only on the enterprise side. The current spiff structure feels misaligned with the revenue impact of upsells, bonuses of only a few hundred dollars for deals that can generate tens or hundreds of thousands in revenue. It's a slap in the face. There’s discussion of shifting to a compensation model tied to NRR, which could penalize employees for economic factors beyond their control. While the company promotes flexible PTO and remote work, pay and incentives are not competitive with similar roles at other AI or SaaS companies offering the same PTO and flexibility. Morale is affected, and many team members are exploring other opportunities as a result. I don't think management has any idea or would be prepared if even 3 or 4 of us just up and left.
