Pros

I can pay rent at the moment, and my coworkers are closer to my age than other offices.

Cons

This is not a company that was built to operate on the scale that it does. Know that you are a band-aid for that problem if hired at this point. With the company's high expectations, burnout is a reality that doesn't get addressed and I know a lot of people that remain at the company because they want to accrue enough experience to leave for greener pastures. You should take the fact that the company is mostly young people as a sign that they couldn't lure anyone with more experience to work here. Please, please don't work here just because you're young or need experience. Look at the review trends (the arrow next to their current rating at the top) and you'll see that since the company was acquired things have gotten worse. Instability is rampant. Expect to wear as many hats as will fit you and change between them frequently, because they need the help to keep up with their over-ambitious growth plan. Because the company is literally and metaphorically young, don't get too comfortable with any processes, things change by the month if not quicker. Salaries are low, and promised salary reviews were put off multiple times. Many departments don't have plans for your advancement at all and you will need to leave the company to get a reasonable raise in salary to accompany your increased responsibility. The company has blatantly prioritized doing things in a profitable way rather than in a sustainable way. The CEO's approval ratings are irrelevant by the way. The original CEO jumped ship when the company was bought.

Pros

• Supportive coworkers — The people are genuinely kind, collaborative, and willing to help each other. • Fast skill development — You gain experience quickly because you’re exposed to a wide range of tasks. • Global team exposure — Working with international teams strengthens communication and adaptability.

Cons

• Constant change — The company’s direction changes often, the long‑term vision feels unclear. • Limited support — Teams are expected to figure out new tools and processes with minimal guidance. • Unstable foundations — New initiatives roll out before they’re fully ready or documented. • Overpromising — Clients may be promised capabilities that aren’t fully ready, which creates pressure on delivery teams. • High workload — Lean staffing, be prepared to juggle more than one person’s workload. • Reactive environment — Work often centers around urgent issues instead of a stable roadmap. • Low pay — Compensation does not reflect the pace or level of responsibility.
