Pros
-Great opportunities - FareHarbor gives opportunities to people who have proven success in their role to advance and take on more responsibility in the company. Many of our leaders have grown from within which helps us stay connected to our clients and the industry as the company grows. It also is great for ambitious/hard working individuals to come in at an entry level job and quickly advance upwards as openings become available. These opportunities are not handed out left and right so you have to work hard and set yourself apart if that's what you're looking for. In many cases you can move into management without having 10+ years of experience or a higher degree so long as you demonstrate you enjoy problem solving and are excited to help your team and the company grow.
-Best product & services on the market - Although there are features that could help FH enter new verticals/perform stronger in existing verticals the overall product solution is the best out there. The company is miles ahead of the competition and is constantly coming up with new ways to help clients run their business. FareHarbor has teams to help with almost every area of a clients business (revenue growth, operations, accounting) and continues to expand resources available to clients. Because the software is so robust and has functionality to support so many different types of companies, it's often necessary to be flexible in the way client issues are solved which can sometimes be difficult to train and scale. If you are an out of the box thinker and want to feel challenged daily, FareHarbor is a great place to work.
-Still growing - FareHarbor is still pushing expansion and growing as a business. Sometimes this breaks internal processes and structure which means a lot of internal change. It is great to see the commitment stay true to helping all types companies in the industry rather than stopping growth to become the industry leader for only a few verticals.
Cons
-Everything moves super quickly so it can be difficult sometimes to keep up with new initiatives and how they impact or will impact my day to day.
