Pros

I have been working now for almost 2 years at FareHarbor. We started the market in all European countries back then so the salary expectations were not met in the first year. However, this completely changed as we are growing rapidly and especially AE´s are starting to get their moneys worth. In this pandemic, FareHarbor basically increased the commission structure so employees were not left alone with their base salary. While other companies are letting people go - FareHarbor was rather investing in their current workforce. The management is concerned about their workers. We can feel this and I appreciate what they have been doing especially during this pandemic! Also, great work atmosphere with awesome colleagues.

Cons

There is a low base salary at first. It takes some time to increase this but if you are willing to work hard you can easily earn MUCH more than in any other "starting" job. Especially in some markets like UK, Germany, Spain or Benelux.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this detailed review! We're also very excited to see the growth we've had together in the EMEA market. We're putting a lot of effort during these unprecedented times we're living, putting always our employees first. We are constantly working on providing our managers the resources and tools to guide employees while at the same time making sure they can provide employees with an overview for a career path/growth possibilities. Once again, thanks for taking the time! -The People Team

Pros

• Supportive coworkers — The people are genuinely kind, collaborative, and willing to help each other. • Fast skill development — You gain experience quickly because you’re exposed to a wide range of tasks. • Global team exposure — Working with international teams strengthens communication and adaptability.

Cons

• Constant change — The company’s direction changes often, the long‑term vision feels unclear. • Limited support — Teams are expected to figure out new tools and processes with minimal guidance. • Unstable foundations — New initiatives roll out before they’re fully ready or documented. • Overpromising — Clients may be promised capabilities that aren’t fully ready, which creates pressure on delivery teams. • High workload — Lean staffing, be prepared to juggle more than one person’s workload. • Reactive environment — Work often centers around urgent issues instead of a stable roadmap. • Low pay — Compensation does not reflect the pace or level of responsibility.
