Pros

Offices are clean, spacious, and centrally located.

Cons

I joined this company with great enthusiasm, even accepting a lower salary than in my previous job, thinking I would find a stable project with opportunities for growth. However, the reality was very different. The company markets its training weeks as a major added value, but in reality, they function more like a hidden evaluation period, with dynamics that feel more like a school environment than a professional workplace. From the start, values such as community spirit, making mistakes, the metaphor of ohana or family, and inspiring videos about leaving the world better than you found it are presented. However, while these motivational messages are being conveyed, the reality is that new employees are being silently assessed to decide who will be discarded first. During this time, it feels like your behavior is constantly being judged more than your professional abilities. Another questionable aspect is the commission policy: you don’t start earning anything until reaching a very high threshold (€30,000), and this counter resets every year of the contract. This makes it practically impossible to benefit from commissions unless you are already in a consolidated position. Regarding personnel management, the company lacks transparency. Layoffs happen suddenly, without prior notice, and with very weak justifications, creating a great deal of insecurity. I witnessed multiple hires being dismissed in a very short period, regardless of the results they were delivering. On a human level, people appear friendly on the surface, but the environment feels forced, with dynamics that border on cult-like, designed more to enforce obedience than genuine motivation. In summary, I would not recommend anyone leave a stable job to join this company. From the outside, it may seem like a great opportunity, but in reality, it offers neither the security nor the conditions necessary to build a long-term career.
