      Pros

      The people are great. New management is shaking things up and trying to mature the organization and make the company more competitive. This will hopefully pan out well for the future of the company. The company's mission is an admirable one especially in their market, costs are kept down for our customers and they're allowed to be more competitive to their customers as a result.

      Cons

      Standards pretty much across the board are a bit lacking in some areas and severely lacking in others. Compensation is lackluster if you're not into negotiating. It's on you to fight for market value.

      Pros

      Everyone was very nice and outgoing great environment to work in and learn in. I Would go back the company had many fun events and I felt at home within the first week of being there.

      Cons

      The timing was unfortunate because they got a new manager on the same day I started so he didn't know how to guide me at first because he had started the same day I did.

      Pros

      Lot of good people working there when I was there. The folks who have been there the longest on the technical side are phenomenal and so supportive and patient.

      Cons

      The culture was very stressful. Everything was always an emergency. Developers were expected to do everyone's job and then of course also blamed for anything that went wrong. When I was there, the on call expectations were insane. From day one they made it clear that the expectation is that you will work way more than 40 hours/week (when there's an emergency! which was always) and not be paid well for it.
