      Pros

      There are many opportunities to grow your technical knowledge if you are in an IT role. The staff is amazing and helpful.

      Cons

      Leadership is making poor technology decisions that overburden staff and induce burnout. Compensation is on the low end of averages. Only a cost of living raises is awarded each year. Some leaders play favorites and offer better opportunities to particular staff. Senior leaders are oblivious to what is going on in their own organizations. The culture can be summarized into one statement "get it done or else".

      Pros

      Everyone was very nice and outgoing great environment to work in and learn in. I Would go back the company had many fun events and I felt at home within the first week of being there.

      Cons

      The timing was unfortunate because they got a new manager on the same day I started so he didn't know how to guide me at first because he had started the same day I did.

      Pros

      Lot of good people working there when I was there. The folks who have been there the longest on the technical side are phenomenal and so supportive and patient.

      Cons

      The culture was very stressful. Everything was always an emergency. Developers were expected to do everyone's job and then of course also blamed for anything that went wrong. When I was there, the on call expectations were insane. From day one they made it clear that the expectation is that you will work way more than 40 hours/week (when there's an emergency! which was always) and not be paid well for it.
