Pros

Some of the people in lower-level employment are very friendly and great to work with but unfortunately they do not stay at the company very long because the company does not have any interest in retaining its talent.

Cons

The company has terrible insurance coverage, no profit sharing and virtually nonexistent employer 401k match. Worst of all, the company believes in employing two or three times more high-salary senior managers than it needs -- and very few of the senior managers have any business acumen or leadership skills. Mismanagement and lack of follow-through by senior-level managers and sales staff has caused the company to lose profitability.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review! We are so glad that you are seeing all the positive changes in the way we operate. We also appreciate the comment about some unsteadiness. Rapid change can indeed cause some fatigue, and we will continue to encourage frequent communication, based on transparency, to address it.
