Pros
It's a good starting out job to get a hang of the office culture. Some bad eggs here and there but some really nice people to work with overall. Flexible schedule, PTO, close to transportation.
Cons
It's the same stuff, different day. Nothing ever really changes. Don't even bother suggesting anything because you'll be turned down and looked at like your crazy. The company won't succeed unless they switch some stuff up and widen their appeal. They claim they've "rebranded" but nothing has changed. Management is poor and doesn't know what their doing. They claim to be a "younger more diverse" company but the generational gap is so wide, the miscommunication hinders anything progressive. Also, good luck trying to grow in this company. There are little to no growth opportunities for positions creating absolutely zero incentive to try hard at your job. Not to mention, everyone in this company basically just talks crap behind each others backs the whole time. The office environment is truly lacking.
