I looked into nominating Farm Journal for the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplace Award. I was unable to do so as it requires a company to have over 100 people specifically in Chicago. I think that the company’s dedication to communication, to its core values and to employees is worthy of recognition, especially during this tough year for all. I love and appreciate my job and the company.

Quick growth and cultural changes cause some unsteadiness among teams (but personally I see them as positive changes)
