      * Very positive work-life balance. * Social events at least once a season where we would finish work early for a party and games. * Great location in Downtown Chicago.

      Cons

      * Agriculture has been in a recession for several years, so earnings were declining.

      New CEO has great vision based on listening to our audience, employees and customers Flexibility with WFH welcome Great, knowledgeable people Respected voice in the industry Leading data and media platforms

      Cons

      Quick growth and cultural changes cause some unsteadiness among teams (but personally I see them as positive changes)
