Everyone that works at farmer focus is nice and always willing to help one another. Their mission is to support generational farmers, and the company was founded by a farmer local to the area. This is a growing company that moves at a higher pace so there is opportunity for advancement and support along with that. They also offer benefits.

Depending on your position, there could be scenarios where you have to work past a traditional work week

there are alot of great supervisors and superintendents but this company can't keep anyone in a leadership role. i've been here a few years and i've had more bosses than i can count. at least ten. i don't know if it is true but i heard upper management was asking people to come on here and leave good reviews because the truth was getting out.

it's clear that the upper management doesn't know what they are doing. they hire good people but then fire them a few weeks or months later. they pretend like they care about employees but its all talk. things have been going downhill and just when i think it can't get any worse they find a way to make it worse. it used to be the last poultry company in town people wanted to work for, and then it got better a few years ago and i was proud to be an employee here. now i'm looking to get out because leadership lies to the people in the plants about everything.
