Pros
The best part about working at Farnsworth group has been my close relationships with colleagues. Over the years we've all become great friends that were fostered by company events outside of work. Everything from softball teams, bowling teams, golf outings, holiday dinners with your plus one, and picnics. As a company, they are always fair and treat everyone with respect and dignity. Advancements and promotions are given based on merit and not favoritism. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a rewarding career to give Farnsworth group a shot, you won't be disappointed.
Cons
With around 500 employees, expectations and policies are well documented in the employee handbook. They are very flexible on a day-to-day basis, but less likely to make major long-term exceptions. For instance, a request to work four 10-hour days on a regular basis will likely meet strong resistance.
