Pros
Office can be enjoyable atmosphere, not overly strict like my previous firm. Will allow casual chat with co-workers, most of which are good people!
Cons
Management very clearly rewards age, not loyalty or work ethic. Employees that have been with the company less than a couple years and are above 45 yrs old get offered stakeholder shares while long term employees in their 30s have lower pay and less recognition. Older employees also are brought in at higher positions, often having younger employees train them on systems they are supposed to be competent in.
