Pros
-Great pay and Benefits especially for college grads -Fun environment IF you get the right location -Good way to explore new places if that's your desire
Cons
-Often requires overtime including over holidays and weekends during project rollouts (overtime is paid) -Lack of stability as you can be moved with short 2-3 week notice -Not overly techincal if you are looking for cutting edge software dev -Some locations can be very quiet and boring depending on project status, with everyone searching for work to do -They are slowing taking away benefits they previously offered such as WFH and sabatical options
