Toxic Work Environment - Beware - Anonymous Employee Fast Enterprises Employee Review

It was honestly one of the most toxic work environments I’ve seen in my career. The constant drinking, lack of accountability from upper management, inappropriate in-office relationships, blatant favoritism, and nonstop gossip made the work environment miserable. They trap new graduates with the promise of great pay, good benefits, and a party culture, only to use it as a way to enforce horrible work life balance and grueling hours. Almost everyone I worked with had no friends or life outside of work because the culture completely discouraged balance or boundaries. The cult-like mentality is truly an understatement. It’s a seriously strange place to work.
