Pros
The people are what make it. FAST does an extremely good job at hiring people who are just easy to get along with. Most projects not only work together but also spend a lot of their time together outside of the office as well. Besides the people, the events and benefits are great and most management seem to actually care about employees and the direction of the company.
Cons
Like most, the hours are sometimes insane. It's hard to have a life sometimes or make friends outside of work. Relocation can be a con for some, but a pro for others. It's hard to find a place to settle down because of the frequency of moves, but it also is a good opportunity to live somewhere you wouldn't have a chance to otherwise.
