Very poor work-life balance - Implementation Consultant Fast Enterprises Employee Review

Extremely poor work-life balance. Company doesn't care about you, your family, or anything other than the work you do. They think nothing of expecting you to work 15-16+ hr days and even if you do that they will still expect you to work weekends and holidays. Its all about getting the most amount of work done in the shortest amount of time and any employees who don't like it can quit or be fired. Don't expect any special considerations. If you are single when you join FAST expect to still be single when you leave cause you won't have any time for any sort of relationship with anyone who isn't a coworker.
