Communication is awful. Managers will set expectations that are never communicated to employees. When employees don't hit the expectations, expect to be made to feel even more inferior than you usually do. Managers generically encourage questions, but are irritable and condescending when asked for help. New hires are treated as a burden and do not receive support. Fast Enterprises strongly discourages "office politics" so employees are made to feel that going to HR or senior management with concerns will lead to exclusion at best, termination at worst. Established employees are very cliqueish, leading to echo chamber of company greatness.
