Pros
Good salary (even compensate for bonus time, meaning you are paid for each hour you work), great benefits/insurance, and a ton of fringe benefits that one would not expect at a regular company. FAST believes in the 'work hard/play hard' mentality and the 'play hard' part is definitely reflected in the fringe benefits. Management believes in their employee's abilities and employees can often take on great responsibility without having to have been at the company for a long time. The company has become a second family to me and has an amazing close knit culture. Management is always looking for ways to improve.
Cons
Along with the 'work hard/play hard' mentality, the work hard can sometimes be no joke. You can expect to put in lots of overtime at times, but that's part of the reason you are paid for it as well. Along with that, you must be open to relocation, and that can be a turn off to some.
