Pros
I enjoy the fact that every day is different. I have many small goals and projects going at one time so I don't find myself bored or getting tired of working on the same thing. I'm also not overwhelmed with too much work and unrealistic deadlines. You know your deadlines well before they come, so you can plan accordingly. You are in control of your future here. If you want more work, ask for it! If you want to take on more responsibility or learn something new, it is up to you to initiate it. I like the stress of not having to worry about a fancy title. I have the same title as employees who have been working for the company much longer. We are all doing the work that needs to be done and we each have our own areas of expertise. We work together to ensure that we have a great product and keep our clients happy.
Cons
For some, the relocation can be difficult. Keep in mind that the company gives you (i.e.pays for) the resources to make the move easy and efficient. The goal is to take care of things so you can get to work and do what you do best. There is also no direct career path, and some employees find that challenging. The ebb and flow of the work is different than other companies as sometimes you work 8 hour days and sometimes your work 10+. However, you are compensated for working overtime.
