Pros
They pay well and set up social events for staff
Cons
The on-boarding training is abysmal. You watch hundreds of videos that range from 6-30 minutes explaining how to use their convoluted proprietary software. The staff aren't helpful in explaining anything to new hires and has a 'teach yourself' atmosphere that leaves you feeling helpless. Every co-worker I talked to said it would take me over a year to understand how everything works. Management had very little interactions with under staff and had multiple meetings a day making them nearly unavailable whenever they were needed. Many managers also left early regularly but employees were scared to do the same. The culture doesn't accept new ideas and is their way or the highway. I never want to work or recommend this company to anyone. Furthermore, the documentation on the system is hardly eligible leaving you only more confused than when you started. Lastly, the offices are in state run buildings that have numerous health risks associated with it. My friend in the Chicago office saw cockroaches regularly while she was trying to work.
