Pros
You're given a lot of responsibility out of the gate. However, you're not sent to New-Hire training until a month or so after you start. While this can make the month a bit stressful, you learn what you can on your own. That makes it so you can pick up more during the training and can ask more detailed questions that are more likely to help you back on site. Great compensation and benefits; best health insurance plan I've seen a company provide in years. AGM is a great way to keep connected with the friends that you meet on site that may be relocated. Very open communication with the partners. It was strange at first to be able to email an owner of the company for questions, but they are all very personable and approachable. They're also willing to go out of their way to help you succeed.
Cons
Overtime required around rollouts can be long, but you're compensated well for the extra time that you put in. Management also makes it enjoyable; weekly provided dinners, weekend activities, etc...
