Morale is low; no one speaks to each other (just stare at a computer). Zero collaboration. Non-dynamic. Un-supportive environment. Move from home and provide no means of getting home on holidays. Moving company will break things that are important however unimportant to the company (moved twice, both times broke something irreplaceable).
