Pros
The pay is very competitive, the benefits are out of this world. We love being able to relocate and get to really experience living in a new place. All expense paid annual family trips are absolutely phenomenal, and we're really looking forward to accruing enough time for our first four week sabbatical.
Cons
Sometimes I wish there was an easier way to make it known your desire to move on to another location or to remain a little longer in the location you're currently at. Some managers really seem to respect that desire and some don't appear to pay it much attention.
