Pros
The reason i chose Fast over other companies is the fact that they actually care about their employees, we aren't just parts of a large machine. Sometimes they require us to work overtime, but we are compensated for it. They also say they require short notice relocatons, and they handle everything you need for that as well.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is the steep learning curve of learning their system.
