Pros
Salary with lots of extras like Fully paid insurance premiums, paid overtime, good vacation, annual company retreat, and some new initiatives for an extra yearly bonus and a paid sabbatical month. Good work environment with active knowledgeable leadership, smart co-workers. The day to day job can be as rewarding and challenging as any other software career with lots of things to do/problems to solve. Company has a great reputation and takes pride in the work and employees There are a lot of opportunities now that weren't around when I started. It's a lot easier to try something different and find something that interests you.
Cons
Moving is hard, but they pay for relocation and try to work with you to help get where/what you want. Job can be a bit boring at times, since the core product doesn't exactly allow for free range development. Sometimes using the core approach isn't what the client wants, and it can be difficult to be the middle man. Especially when new to the company it's not always engaging because there are a lot of Fast-specific tools that you haven't learned how/when to use. Long hours can be expected, but that can vary project to project. Feedback is hard to obtain. You pretty much have to ask how you're doing.
